Hi all. I have a CVA mountain rifle that I am building and wanted to convert it from percussion to flint. I am looking for the small lock to fit the CVA/Traditions mountain rifle like the one in this picture. Thanks

They do make one actually. I am just trying to do this as sort of a budget build to try one out more than anything. Can't really afford to drop almost $300 on just a lock right now lol.

Make sure the one you buy has a fly for your double triggers. Cva made that lock also for their pistol and other single triggered guns and it has no fly. I also would go the L&R route. They are not the greatest locks but they are ton better than the stock cva lock.
Good luck on your project

Have you tried calling Deer Creek? They don't show one in the online store, but sometimes they have parts, etc. which aren't listed. Another source might be The Gunworks Emporium (https://thegunworks.com/), give them a call also.

I have a flint Mountain Rifle and it works like a charm after I polished the lock internals. I also had an L&R RPL on a T-C and it ate flints like candy, for what it's worth.
