Yep looks very similar to mine, except the buttplate and trigger guard are a little different.

As I mentioned in the other thread I have heard that the first two digits of the serial # should give you the year of manufacture for these older CVAs. I can't quite make out if yours says 92 or 82. If I'm wrong about that someone who knows better will be along soon.

Looks like a re-worked Frontier rifle. CVA sold several different models based on the Bobcat platform, I suppose they did the same with the Frontier.
 
Yeah, the serial # is 92. The gun looks never to have been fired after inspecting the bore. Very happy with it nonetheless and I appreciate the replies!
