Hello, I picked this up a while back and decided not to finish it. This is the way I bought it. Looks like it has only been put together, no sanding or wood carved. It was missing one of the wedge plates and screws to put them on. I found 2 brass plates and screws for it but it is still missing the sight bead. Has surface rust on the outside but the barrel was greased so it is good. They never came with a butt plate so there isn't one included. Will make someone a very nice side by side. 28in barrels with a 13 and 14 inch trigger pull. Asking $365 and $50 for shipping. Local pick up is free! Thanks

If interested I will send you picks and would like to state the first "I'll take it" (for trade, cash is held hostage by SWMBO currenty). Would also trade for a pietta buntline 12" steel .44 revolver

I cant believe SWMBO is still mad about that fateful week month ago when I was busted with a .36 sheriff and a .22 NAA the same week. Goodness, grudge holding to the MAX. I would have snagged that sucker FAST if not.

I bought same new kit at local Ayr Way store when they were clearing them out to become Target store paid $79 ? in the late 80's. when I eventually got around to assembling it had a warp at wrist / tang but got it together, browned all the steel and and called CVA for turkey loading advice . Got great help from a tech there who sent me their 3 piece plastic wads and his personal experience that let me work up good 25yd pattern. Now I need to bed the tang because if you tighten it down all the way it drops both hammers with one trigger pull !
