Cylinder loading stand

I have one of those but it only works on the .44 cal cylinders. This one is a bit more pricey but comes with different spindles, tips, etc and as you can see it's adjustable all the way down the the .31 Wells Fargo I just bought.

VERY nice looking stand. I just can't figure out why they made it so tall. Is there some advantage to the height?

I’m not sure. I have one and it’ll handle everything from the Walker 44 to the little 31’s. It’s probably long enough for Pietta Pepperbox 36.
