Haven't had time to build complete guns, so I thought I would try my hand at making a rifleman's knife. This one has a damascus blade 9 inches long with a brass guard and ebony grip. I debated engraving the brass and fluting the grip but haven't decided whether to leave the knife on the plain side or make it fancier. Haven't decided about how to make a sheath yet either.

I'm assuming you did all the work on the knife yourself and as such, think you are an excellent craftsman! GOOD JOB!!!

Post more of your work in the future.

great looking knife! I'd go with the embellishments (they'd look cool with the damascus) - just one guy's opinion.

Had a chance to work on this knife again.  Didn't like the original grip or pommel.  Made a new grip with brass inlays and lost the round pommel.  Might change it again...have a completely different idea for a new grip.  Good thing I don't do this sort of thing for a living.
