I have a Dean Mitten LH lock
Resembles a small Siler to some extent.
It is functional but needs some work. Has a little binding in the internals.
Fit is ok, but it will require work that the cock drops easily. It seems to bind up at the very end of its stroke.
Yes it has a fly inside the tumbler.
I have no idea what its worth. Give me an offer
