Today was the last day of OK deer gun season. Headed for our deer lease. Went for a long walking hunt and saw nothing. Went to the area of my favorite stand and saw little fresh deer sign. Headed for a stand on the point where West Cache Creek makes a horseshoe bend.

The creek is in a deep channel with steep sides. There are a few deer and hogs trails up the bank. That stand over looks three deer trails.

At 17:15 saw a deer come up the bank and stop. Immediately fired and the deer took off. Went to the point where the deer was standing when shot. Followed the blood trail for about 90 yards and found the deer lying in the access trail. That is the exit hole.

Sure did make a big hole in him!, BTW, I've never heard of GoJo handcleaner as a patch lube :idunno: .
