This gets kinda funny.... I have a light weight tarp that I use for Buccaneer.... I use a sail when I'm camping as a Pyrate..... anyway... both are made outta cotton.... cotton isn't period for the time I'm doing..... I have to look up (well ask someone that knows her fabric) if I can shrink linen to make it water "resistant" (see my other post about waterproofing tarps)

SO not only do I have to play with "how to make a tarp"... but how to make it outta period fabric.... :grin:
