i found a pouch on track of the wolf recently made by Shawn Webster. it was an open top style with a small strap and nicely quilled. it has a scalloped facing across the top of the pouch and is held shut with a small strap and a button on the rear. i have made 2 of these, not direct copies, but of the same envelope open top style. here are pictures of the ones i have made and of the one i based them on. id like some thoughts on this style pouch as i am thinking of making more of them.i have seen them in the books of buckskinning as well as in an article in muzzloader magazine by Rex Norman. the first photos are what i based my pouches on. the beaded one is made of buckskin with glass e beads. the smaller one has a braided strap and is made of pigskin with a cowhide facing. this one is styled more after the ones in Normans article and the book of buckskinning. thanks for your imput and opinions
