Hey fellers, made some smoked baby backs for Sunday dinner (smoked 6 hrs). Miss Tudy made a bowl of slaw and a pan of corn bread as sides. Wish I had enough for y'all...

Hope it comes out as good as the ribs did. Heh, my son was slobberin before he got em in his mouth :haha:
 
mighty fine victuals there, that cornbread baked in cast iron skillet is as good a work of art as the ribs, coleslaw looks fine too. I don't care for sweet slaw myself. I like it with shaved carrot, dill pickle and mayo stirred into and some black pepper.
