Double rifle barrels?

Is regulating a sxs double barrel rifle even remotely possible for an amateur builder?

Possible? Absolutely. I'm of the opinion that if others can do something, most of us can too, if we just have enough time, money and tenacity. We might not ever be as good as the guys at Holland and Holland, but we can make it work. I've toyed with the idea myself, but it's a brutally labor intensive process even for those who are good at it, and I was never willing to put in the effort. Maybe some others here can give you a better start.
