My double set single throw triggers work fine, but never thought if they were adjusted per a standard . Thinking outside the box I wondered if the gang here had any thoughts about the suggested rear set trigger energy level? All double set triggers are not equal, so how can an average set poundage be used? Should the rear trigger spring tension be just enough to trip the sear, or a little more? If more, how much more?

I was wondering the same. I took one apart and tightening the rear spring too much gave me problems, had to loosen it a bit. Would really like to know what the proper procedure is on rear spring. Mr. Coffins suggestions worked really well on how to adjust the set triggers.
