hey all, does anyone know if I can get a small (.32 or .36) replacement barrel for my GPR flint? I know I could order a barrel, hooked breach plug and such and assemble it, but that's not really what I'm looking for. I'm hoping someone might make a finished barrel. Any help would be appriciated.

I asked this a while back. Here's good info.

I haven't ordered mine yet. Gotta wait 'til after X-mas.

Thanks for the info, but as usual I and my gun are lefties. They ALWAYS leave out or screw the lefties! Typical.... :cursing: You know, I've lived with this my intire life, you would think I'd be use to it by now.

Any other suggestions out there?

Wheather you find one or make one, keep in mind that a 1" barrel in .32 or .36 is going to be
very heavy. They're usually 12 or 13/16". I had a .36 drop in for a Renegade, too heavy for me to
pack around.

Well Im a leftie too and feel your pain. I have both flint and percussion in GPR L/H. I dont think you can get a barrel for the GPR, L/H, in 32 or 36. I own the Lyman trade rifle and you can get a left handed 32 for it, which I have. Great tree rat fun.

Where did you buy the 32 cal barrel for the Trade rifle, lymans website?

IM a lefty too. I found percussion right hand rifles dont bother me but a flinter is a whole other matter and IM building my own right now.

I bought the barrel at RMCsports.com, 179 I think, as to weight I will check on that and get back. It is heavy for sure but when Im hunting tree rats, its mostly sitting anyway.
