yes, I am a Canadian, interested in this whole M/L thing. I took up archery two years ago, built myself a longbow last winter, and now I'm toying with the idea of building myself a flintlock. I have basic woodworking and mechanical skills, so I know I could put the thing together. I doubt that it would look real pretty, but I'm sure I could get the thing to work. Mostly, I love the process of learning to do something new, and this would certainly be it.
