Enfield smoothbore carbine?

Does anyone know about this gun Enfield smoothbore carbine with captured ramrod.All I know is that it is made in India but don t know if it is currently being made.

That is a Pattern 1856. I have seen them listed as "Barrett Carbine" but this site stated Enfield.

Lotalist Arms sells a version they call an 1856/61 Tower Carbine but I don't know if it is a firing replica. They state "proofing and loading data provided" but I don't know if this means it has been or needs to be proofed.

I have a buddy that might have one if he finds it. thats another story, he'll sell it. That were made by NV Sikligar in india

About 20 years ago friend of mine had one of the original
smooth bore india type carbines with a very crude rear sight,
at the time we did not have a 69 cal. bullet mold but I had some
soap stone and a dremmel... the bullet was not perfect
but it worked I worked up a load of 45 grains of fffg and could keep a group
on a dinner plate at 100 yds! not bad with what I had to work with.
