According to opengovus.com, EOS Energetics is doing business as (DBA) Estes Energetics.

According to the Louisiana Secretary of State, EOS Energetics is listed as the officer of Goex Industries, LLC

They also share the same address as Estes Rockets.

Estes also posted a job listing for a comptroller in that town in LA where Goex resides. Sounds like they were the buyers.

It looks like EOS Energetics is primarily focused on defense use and aerospace propellants, so they may be planning on using it to make stuff other than BP.
