Say you are out hunting and you happen to pass another hunter who is quiting because he/she ran out of powder, caps, patches, whatever...

Will you share your supplies with him/her so that can keep on hunting?

Will you give them a few caps or some powder to finish their day afield?
 
Absolutely if the shortage was due to a simple goofup like forgetting to bring them with him, dropping them in the creek, etc.

But not if he'd been target practicing in the hunting woods or something like that
 
Heck, I would even share my lunch along with the gear if it would help rescue their day. We can't be shooting "brothers" in name only.
