this is what I've been doing, I had to do it twice because I'm 82 and a trifle off balance. I figured out a method to drill perpendicular holes. It's not finished but it's the reason I haven't posted.

too cold today...only got three saw cuts and a little filing before my hands said no. Spent the rest of the day trying to find a place to live.

first 25 years wife and I moved 29 times! they still haven't found me!
