I have tried both 2F and 3F in my Colerain .45 with near equal results. That being said, "Kitten" likes the 3F a bit better. 45 grains and 70 grains work the best. I mostly use 45 grains 3F because it is more comfortable and more shots per pound (guess I'm old and cheap :wink: ). Lesson I learned: go with what your gun likes 95% and what you like 5% -- just me :grin:
