filling windlass gun powder horn spring loaded brass dispenser

Help.

I bought a Windlass Gun Powder Horn Spring Loaded Brass dispenser and for the life of me can't figure out how to fill it with powder.

I can't get the end opposite to the powder dispenser to unscrew.

It doesn't un-screw. The horn must be fed through the dispenser.
You can buy a funnel,,
Remove the brass tube. Roll a sheet of printer paper into a cone/funnel shape.
Place the cone on the dispenser and hold the spring valve button open,
pour powder into the funnel you made that leads to the dispenser opening.
Two people or a piece of scotch tape will help,,

Just remember, the goal is to get the powder "into" the horn.

Track of the Wolf has a funnel in their catalog with the 10-1.00 threads. These screw into the flask head with the gate open. Once installed the powder gate is held open and powder can be installed.
