So three moves after I initially started this build I have the time to finish browning the barrel. The first time looked bad so I started over. Now I have found that an animal has chewed through the parts ziplock and I'm missing screws, bolts, rods, and the nipple and closing screw. Does anyone know where I can acquire a detailed parts diagram and parts list for a Traditions Kentucky Long Rifle percussion kit? Or if you know the bolt threading for the barrel cap and lock bolts, I can probably wing it from there.

You might try searching ebay. I found a parts kit for a Traditions Kentucky percussion pistol there. Traditions does sell parts for their kits but they're kind of hit and miss on what they've got in stock, and if you have to wait until their inventory gets replenished you might be waiting a while. You cannot order online; you have to call them. See their website for contact info.

I'll check eBay, I emailed traditions for a diagram and parts list and asked if I could reorder some parts. We'll see what they say. I was really hoping to get this done soon as I have everything prepared finally, except #11 caps. That may be a challenge as well.
