Welp, fellers....for those of you who have been patient enough to follow the odyssey of my wife and I building our home the moving day has arrived.....well, it will arrive Friday the 17th of September. Our "almost dream home" is nearly finished. As the move entails a change of phone service and cable isn't available this address will cease to exist and I'm not sure when I'll have another back up, for those of you who care. At any rate, once I'm up and running I'll be back, providing I'm welcome. I'll be around for a few more days and after that I'm not sure. I must say it will be almost heaven to get back out of town. Neither the wife nor I have lived in town for more than a few months of our lives and this city livin' is about to kill us both, even tho this "city" is barely 16,000. It's been an interesting year learning to cope with close neighbors, sirens, traffic, city noise, fenced yards, a mailbox on the house instead of "up the drive", street lights, trash dispoal service, noise, being unable to see the stars and moon at night, did I mention noise?.....we can't wait!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoy this site......I will miss it until I get things back up. Good luck and good hunting to all of you until then.

We care and want you back, and not only are you welcome, invite your new neighbors to join as well... :winking:

p.s. "You never know just how much stuff you have until you go to move..." :haha:

Ahhh, moving. There is nothing like packing all your stuff into boxes and then moving all those boxes just to see what you lose. Come back soon ya here.

Hate to loose ya from the board for a spell, but glad to hear ya are getin' back out in the country. We just moved into town about 2 months ago after living in the country. Hopefully in a year or 2 we will be able to move back out of town. I miss being able to go out my back, or front door and shoot. Miss the deer, rabbits, squirrels, and quail in the yard, geese flying overhead honking, frogs croaking on the river. Be glad to get back out of town, even though the population here is only about 8,000. their are still way TOO many people around for comfort.
