OK FOLKS...,
SO first @ADK Bigfoot you should contact the USPS and cancel the Money Order

Second..., folks we don't know if the person by name is the scammer. Was the person by name a victim of in-home identity theft? Was the person by name the victim of identity theft via the mail sorting room of his apartment complex, his rehab facility or hospital, was he hacked, or is the mail carrier the actual culprit ???

We also have NO WAY of knowing if the person information including a photo, posted in one of the now deleted posts, is the same guy as the scammer, IF it's a scam. The Potzdam musket report in comment #22 above, does point to a scam, that is true.

What we have is what is known as "an investigative lead" based on "reasonable suspicion", in my profession..., not evidence, and not at all probable cause. So the thread is now locked and certain bits of information have been removed to avoid folks from a Libel Lawsuit IF it turns out the guy by name was a partial victim in this (in some sort of ID theft), and is not the actual subject.

This is moved to General Muzzleloading so that even non-premium members will know...,

IF folks get an offer of a gun for sale and this address is used, regardless of the apartment...., DO NOT ACCEPT THE DEAL
