It is a copy of a Marman underhammer. Only parts bougth is Hawkens trigger guard, buttplate and barrelblank.
The plank is straigth octangonal,1"across the flats,33"long, Caliber 54, made by FCI(Charles Burton).
I hand rifled it, twist 1:70 on a bench I barrowed from a friend.
I made the lock and sigths from sheet metal and barstock. I made the Stock from a piece of blister Maple form Jim Kibler.
The barrel is rust blued With an a iron clorid/alchol solution. The Stock is southpaw and inlaid With sterling silver wire, stained With vinegaroon. The finish is lindseed oil I boiled With leadwhite and eggshells.
Shot it for the first time yesterday. Patched round ball 0.535 and 65 grains 2f. Results look promising, but I probly have to go up to 85grains of powder and cut off half of the higth of the front sigth.
