Well I am colecting my needed materials to shoot. Went to wally world and bought 3 different types of patch mat'l 100% cotton,,, .015-.020and.030. So will have to see this weekend how it shoots. The rifle will be arriving tonight.
I don't think anticipation is the right word. Before this forum, I was a boring old center fire person,,,,, now look what ya'll did to me!! :blah:
well it goes boom! gun needs some tlc and cleaning, but functions good. patches are a bit scorched on the back but not burned thru. i am using 60 grains of "APP" 3f powder,.015 patch with olive oil as lube. i am going to mix up some "moose" lube also. i have not measured the RB yet. i can hit paper plates at 40-45 yards, so that is a good start.....
A BIG THANKS TO ALL YA'LL FOR HELPING ME SO FAR!!!! :hatsoff:
Did you swab your arm with alcohol before shoving the needle into your vein? Addiction is one thing, but there's no sense taking chances with infection. :blah:
RB Dia is .490-.494. The local rifle range is 25 bucks a year and i can shoot anytime I want. So looks like I will finally have a good use for my 1 hour lunch break... food, eating?? nonsense! :haha:
