when i entered the woods thi moring at 7 30 it was begining to get sunny and nice calm morning. i thought it would be a good morning. well i walked about a 1/2 mile to see a running fox squirrel run into his hole in side of tree. so i decided to take a seat. well after 10 or 15 mins his friend on down the woods was cutting. heard him plane as day. so i walked up n he saw me and moved and was looking right at me. it was about 15 to 20 yards....so i whipped up 50 and boom...after smoke cleared i heard i thump. droped him like a stone. here are some pics

 Good shoot'n. Now get out there and give some more tree-rats a big head ache and I'll get the frypan ready. Thanks for the post and the pics. You done good. :)

Good shooting. Looks like it was a head shot. Usually with a .50 it only takes one shot to the head to stop a charging squirrel. Keep up the good work.
