The stories are true Axis is the best tasteing venison that I have ever had. Have never had anyone disagree , I have had many different kinds of deer meat on our table form whitetail to elk and most of the exotic deer also. So far the Axis is king of the dinner table or lunch or in the morning with biscuits and gravy.....
