Great example of a 19th century rifle from the Upper Susquehanna region of Pennsylvania. A number of inlays decorate the rifle, including "wings" coming off the breech of the barrel. Patchbox has multiple piercings. Stocked in Curly Maple. Neat brass saddle plate underneath the lower forestock.

It is in nice condition, the inlays still look like they just walked out of the shop. The rifle is .36 Caliber. From the breech, the bore looks fine. As per a lot of collectors and organizations though, I would not try to shoot this rifle as it could damage the value.
