You have a great hobby store - the largest "music wire" mine carries is 3/32" (sometimes).

Check the back of a piano. LOTS of different sizes on them. I have an old one in the basement when the kids took lessons. Once they got sick of it, they busted it up and left the "heavy" part in my work room :rotf: (Really, they did). Gotta get some help bringing that out some day. But, in the meantime, I have many sizes of the wire just waiting there.

CrewDawg, if you don't have a youtube channel you need one.

grainger has tempered 1085 spring steel music wire, does anyone know how that would work to make steel striker from?? the price isn't bad.

Haha, thanks for the positive remarks fellas! In all honesty I'd rather just share my workings with you guys right here. I know being only 27 one would think I'd be all up on the technology and YouTube jazz... Well I honestly hate computers and gadgetry, don't even own one. All my posting is through my phone, only tech I own, heck I don't even watch TV... My nickname at work is backwoods and that basically sums it up. I love being in tune with my native ancestry and learning more than anything, and to me that's pure gold! So, honestly I'd rather spend the time taking in all the woodlands have to offer then youtubing lol. I promise to keep sharing though! Wait till you see what's next on the list!

Here's a few images from a local news shoot that I was apart of a few months ago. All my garb is made by me, besides the roach. My wife's uncle is a photographer for our local paper and he wanted to do a shoot that showcased our rich Native American history in our area and educate the public. It was really neat, then I had the awesome opportunity to take part in a short historical film shoot that hopefully turns into a full funded film called Gideons Frontier. We shot the film in Wapakoneta OH, all the info and a ton of pictures can be found on the Lima OH news site. Needless to say, I don't think I'd have enough time for a YouTube channel, let alone I wouldn't even know how to do it! Haha.

In the above image for those who know you'll see the necklace I'm wearing... Ceremonial beaded necklace, one that wouldn't have been worn on a daily basis. However, I actually broke my Lorraine cross before the shoot and I didn't have enough time to solder it back together, so it was that or my beaver tooth necklace that doesn't allow my necknife to be carried which is a no, no! Bugs me but, oh well. :idunno:

Well I've had the pleasure of meeting crewdawg. Most of what he said was true. He's very humble for a big time tv star.

But his smart phone is powered by flint and steel sparks.

Only kidding bud. :eek:ff

I commend you on your "life style" and your "persona" is just wonderful -- keep it going :hatsoff: !!
