Anyone ever order from them? Seems like slow service!!! I ordered monday....They billed my CC on thusday and I have yet to get the email saying they shipped it. I think a phone call will be in order for Saturday morning.

FWIW, I've dealt with them for quite a few years and their quality of service has always been outstanding, reliable.

IMO, TC and Fox Ridge have lagged behind most companies in bringing Email into their communications scheme of thngs...I've never received an Email from Fox Ridge but have never ordered online from them either...always just used the 800#.

They didn't use to be open on Saturdays, be interesting to see if you get someone.

voice mail

Hate voice mail...IMO it's a huge contributor to lost productivity...the amount of time that each and every individual has to waste every time they call some company is enormous when it's all rolled up

I always dealt with them by phone and never had the slightest problem. I think that they are just not set up for the computer age yet. On the other hand, that might not be a bad thing.

I would bet that whatever you ordered is received by Wednesday.

I also have dealt with Fox Ridge Outfitters, quite a bit over the years. Always got good service. When I have ordered ML barrels, it usually takes about two weeks, accessories, less time. I think they lose a lot of business by not having catalog sales on weekends though.

Never called them today..Went shootin with John H instead.I guess ill find out next week.

To give you a hint Fox Ridge is a retail location with quite a few walk in customers. They not only deal with firearms but with camping fishing and hiking supplies as well.

Open water fishing season is just starting here in NH and I bet at the time you called the store was packed. People were stopping in on their way home from work or on their way to camp.

If you could I would think the best time to call would be early in the week between like 10am -12pm and 2pm-4pm our time. There will be less people in the store and you should get better service.

They are also going through some growing pains as well. They offer much more than they did just a few years ago and it is a great place to visit.
