Their profit margins are just fine.

I just jumped all the hoops to open an account at Graf's and order 3 lbs of T7 and 2 lbs of their black. The final "confirm order" page shows no shipping charge nor hazmat fee.
So it would appear you can combine the free shipping AND the no hazmat promotions.

To good of a deal to pass up,I ordered 5lbs of Swiss and a roll of cannon fuse.I debated on buying more but I have plenty of GEOX,Shutzen,and Graffs house brand to keep me making smoke for quite awhile.
