Fringed Bag

Hey fellers, Miss Tudy made another of her bags. This one is made of buckskin and lined with pillow ticking to keep it from stretching under a load. She fringed part of the lining and left it protrude from under the flap. While making it she put in a tapered gusset to ad some room. Also, she darkened it with vinegeroon and did the lining with her walnut concoction. After she had the bag finished, she wiped it down with her deer tallow and beeswax dressing to help waterproof it. Added a braided strap and called it done. It measures 8" by 9". Hope y'all like...Bud and Miss Tudy
