Very heavy duty horn! I can see through it, but it has been been scraped super thin. This horn holds almost 3/4lb 2fg powder. I used it over the years mostly for rendezvous shoots when I knew I was going to need a LOT of shots during the competitions. All my horns listed ARE air tight. $50 shipped

I seem to ask this about any powder horn I may be interested in so forgive me for being a pain. What is the length of the horn measured along the bottom curve but just the actual horn and not including the plug or end cap? Also, what is the diameter of the large end of the horn, this can be the end plug and doesn't have to be the actual horn. I did like that you noted the capacity of the horn.
Thanks,
ThreeCrows

Alright let me see if I can get this down correctly.

Bottom curve, measured from the actual horn is 11 1/4" long.

Diameter of the large end of the horn is 10 1/4"

If the 10 1/4" measurement is the distance around the horn at the large end that would be equal to a 3 1/4" average diameter.
