I have a Navy Arms Miruko Charleyville that I got in trade. Have not shot it as I got my dream bess and enjoy shooting that more.
This has the strap included and comes with the bayonet.

How do you achieve that kind of finish on the lock?

Carbon steel like a hunting knife will take on a gray patina with use and will look like the lock in the photo. I think it has to do with exposure to acids like cutting up tomatoes.
Of course chemical bluing would speed up the process.
