Hello All, I have decided to thin out the closet a little and will be posting a few flintlocks over the next couple of days. The first one for your consideration is This beautiful unfired TVM rifle.
One TVM Bucks Co style 45 caliber rifle. This rifle features a 42 inch straight 13/16ths Colerain BBL, Golden Age Chambers lock, and a premium curly maple stock. Lop 14.5”. Price includes shipping and insurance Asking $2050 obo. ( I am open to and will consider offers). Thank you for looking and I’ll be glad to answer any questions.

What is the twist please. Also I would like to know the weight.

From Colerain web page:

Standard Rifling and Smooth bore barrels
All barrels are cut rifled with 6 groove, Radius bottom rifling (round bottom) with groove depths of .012” for .36 and .40 Caliber. 45 caliber through 62 caliber are .016” groove depth. Flat bottom may be requested at no extra charge.
Standard rifling twist are as follows
1 in 48” twist for .36 and .40 calibers.
1 in 56” for .45 thru .58 calibers.
1 in 66” for the .62 caliber.
Note that we are able to change twist rates if requested.
Smooth bore barrels
All of the calibers in our rifled barrels may be left smooth, plus 16ga, .690”, 12ga, .750” and 10ga.
