Yes sir it is, to be sure. My larger concern is when those same people start getting hungry about a week after the SHTF...
Yep...looked what happened in New Orleans after Katrina. Major catastrophies will be hell in metros where people are 100% dependent on the system for food and warmth.
Shtf I will be stringing barbwire and hunker down and wait.
One might consider adding trip wires to the list along with the barbed wire. Barbed wire is like a lock - it keeps honest people honest. Trip wires are for an entirely different purpose...
