This looks to be about the kickingest forum I have ever seen! I am looking forward to reading and posting.
My main interest in US history (have done the Civil War to death)has developed from buying some 34 years worth of bound Muzzleblasts and M'Loader mags...then I joined the MLNRA... I just love the history behind blackpowder throughout the ages...from time to time I have been known to wander off in a pseudo religious theme about the Lord sprinkling the earth with flints as he sat back and looked upon all that there is to hunt and said, "This is bloody beaut!"... for God is an Aussie..everyone knows that!!!
Anyway, I look forward to reading all there is to read..
See ya, Al

Welcome AussieAl - Glad to have you aboard.
Say - if Austrailia is the "land down under", does that mean that an underhammer there is really .....?

IM jaybe

Welcome-I've met quite a few Aussies around the campfires at the NMLRA National shoots at Friendship and really enjoy their stories, humor, and outlook on life! Sometimes I do have a bit of a problem understanding what the heck they're saying! Ever get this way-look us up. S

Yep! An underhammer in Australia is more commonly known as an overhammer...to Blashphemers who have cast aside their flints in favour of Beezlebub's wee caps...it's a passing fad...
See ya, Al

I know what you mean about not being able to understand Aussies... I was upon your shores for only a month touring the South and rang home... it was amazing!!! I had developed an accent sort of...trying to be understood??
97 was long time ago... due for another historical pilgrimage I reckon??
See ya, Al
