I have two of his books which are pretty good
"Collectors Illustrated Encyclopedia of the American Rev. and " Battle Weapons of the American Rev" by George C Neumann, both are avialable in hard back or paperback for quite a bit less I believe TOW and most period book souirces hace them, some things in them are likely not dated exactly but they are some good reference books
