Hunting German Jaeger just acquired. Wonderful carved wood and engraved German silver fittings .54cal 31"swamped. Double set triggers and a manual safety as well as half cock. Overall length 49"

It is marked "V. (Valenten) Chilshilling in Suhl" with "SPKI" on the breech. It has a sliding wood patch box with a push button release. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation with the use of a watch type key. LOP 13.75 inches, weighs 7 pounds 2.4 ounces.

Blown my Christmas bonus! But worthwhile!

I plan to do a lot of shooting with this gun. Target, plinking, deer, maybe hog. Easy to handle, Balance of is perfect. Light but strong and powerful. 7.25 pounds. 49 inches long. Should be very acurate.
