Yeah, they are definitely going to have a hard time finding help for the pay they were advertising. That's not even enough to cover the expenses of having a job if you have kids who need daycare and still come out ahead.

If they threw in all the gunpowder you can shoot with the pay that could sweeten the deal for some.

I would not hold my breath on Goex arriving anytime soon. Maybe later this year, maybe not.

But let's be honest, that's mostly going to attract geriatrics who can't remember whether or not they took their morning pills. I don't think Minden, Louisiana is a hotbed of young black powder shooters.

There is a lot of logistics planning that has to be done too. The containers have to be ordered in advance by quite a while. Do they need labels to glue on or not. Then of course how many do they need to order. Plus you have to get in orders from the distributors for it too. Then you need trucks to haul it to the distributors. It is a major undertaking even in a normal pre pandemic world.

It was only last month February of 23 Goex was advertising for employees. Buildings are still being finished, employees need training. When production starts, first comes the military, then the fireworks industry, last will be our small amount of BP for shooting. Possibly end of 23, but realistically look for our BP in 24.
