In looking at some of the Rocket forums it appears as though GOEX has long supplied Estes with a rocket propellant substance known as Meal Powder for their engines

It's been purchased and now we will just have to wait and see. At best we will see powder, at worst we will be where we are now. No use worrying about something we have no control over.
