going to be a great weekend!!!!!!

i will be hunting with a good friend and a few others this weekend here in the Adirondacks. there was some great buck sign yesterday and 6 does came out to my cousin. we were all carring centerfire, scoped rifles. just didn't feel right to me but i enjoyed being in the deer woods with rut nearing. this weekend however my friend will be carring his 50. cal flinter ( thats all he hunts with! ) and i will be carring my Tim Brown 45. cal longrifle. i'm sure the other 2 fellers in my party will give us some good a$$ busting but i bet that will all stop if we bag a big buck! it should be right around that special time when the big bucks get all love sick and stupid chasing does. it just seems like it was ment to be carring a smokepole during the rut in Gods country the Great Adirondacks! i'm pretty sure one of the four of us hunting will get a crack at a nice one this weekend. wish us luck! take care and keep yer powder dry,

great to hear from ya!!! i tried to pm ya many times on trapperman but couldn't get through. my puter crashed for awhile after that and i lost yer email. you bet we can make plans to hunt!!i still owe ya for the trad mags. shoot me an email with your phone number. should we hunt with flinters or longbow? take care and keep yer powder dry,
