I will be ordering a kit from Jim Kibler on Monday. I will then need to start purchasing powder and supplies? Who do you like to buy supplies from. Is there restrictions on buying powder online? Anything I need to know?

Thanks
Kirk

I had good service when I bought powder from Coonies Explosives in Hobbs New Mexico. Give them a call and find out what they currently require. The first time I bought from them I had to send them a letter and a check. About a week later the powder showed up on my doorstep. Not sure how the rules have changed and since you live in California you might have special requirements.

You will wind up paying UPS a $35 Hazmat handling fee for carrying the powder so that cost will be tacked onto the cost of the powder.

I ordered from http://www.powderinc.com/
The hazmat fee applies to each order whether it is one pound or fifty. Order more than you think you will need. It doesn't go bad and it doesn't get cheaper.

Track of the Wolf is a good supplier for the other stuff, and they have lots of neat stuff that you don't need either (like a tomahawk or two, for instance).

Link doesn't work.

When we copy and paste links on this site it results in additional manure added to the end so clicking on it does not work.

After posting the link, Remove the **** that was automatically added on the end.

Or, you could re-read the rules about posting links to other forums?
