I was able to fill a tag today with my TC Hawken. Love late season flintlock here in PA, especially when there’s snow on the ground.

Nice, congratulations. The flintlock season has always been my favorite and with snow on the ground, man it dosen't get any better than that.

Congratulations! Because of the freezing rain on Sunday, most of the upstate PA is locked in crunchy ground. No sneakin' around, and just sitting in 18 degrees is tough to do. It makes me happy to see someone in PA having success and not being hemmed in by the lousy conditions

Thanks for all the replies everyone. Slinginslugs, I shot a 275 grain TC Maxi Hunter bullet with 75 grains of FFF GOEX. The deer was only about 20 yards away. Bullet was stuck in the opposite shoulder blade.
