Due to failing eyesight (can't see up close), I put a Lyman No. 57 SML on my Traditions .50cal Hawkins. No problem with the mounting. Had to drill and tap one hole. The change was like night and day. I was able to see the sights and it put the fun back in shooting. The gun shoots great. If only I could.
