What's the difference between a Lyman Great Plains Rifle & a Great Plains Hunter Rifle? My first thought is that the hunter would be only single trigger, but the pictures that I've seen show it with the set trigger too.

Good Morning, Bald Mtn Man....The term is all about barrel twist. The hunter has a more aggressive / faster twist of 1:32 for the Conicals and sabots that have become popular lately.
The GPR has the slower, less aggressive twist of 1:66 that is just about right for shooting patched round ball.
