I think this was a kit because the wood is nicer than my factory rifle, and the finish is nicer too.


Also I think the metal was finished in the white, and faux patina-ized. It looks like it's from the 1800s but it's smooth and nice when you run your fingers over it.

There's after market sights too. Which I like.

It has an extra hole on the tang that I suspect was for a peep sight.


Over all a pretty cool rifle. Much cooler than the corporate factory issued version.

It looked good so I ran a patch to see what it felt like.

It is very smooth. Feels great. Way better than my factory GPR. I wonder if the previous owner lapped it?
