Thanks for having me on this site!

I’m a typical gun nerd, love to look at diagrams and disassembled pieces just to see how everything fits together. For most of my life that has been modern bolt-action and semi-automatic firearms.

Within the past few years though, I’ve grown a soft spot for muzzleloaders, flintlocks especially. Enthusiasm aside, I have zero hands-on experience with anything that doesn’t take modern cartridges. Since this is going to be my first step into this side of firearms, I’ll gladly take any advice.
