Welcome from an Englishman living in France. Did I see a few violins, a metronome and a trumpet in your photo? Many of us here are musicians too. The pistol you are holding looks interesting is it a San Marco?
EDIT: its a .50 caliber T/C Scout pistol! That looks awesome. Breech loading?

No the pistol is a muzzleloading .50 cal. T/C Scout. However, I have been given grief for picturing and mentioning any inlines. Is that taboo here? It’s still a muzzleloader.

You are correct about the trumpet and metronome, I do dabble with some tooting, although I am less musically inclined than my parents and my kids. My dad made and played classical guitars, my mom played piano, and two of my sons played trumpet and guitar, and my daughter played the flute. The objects you see are not violins, but rather sculptures my father made.

I know nothing about inlines, though they tend not to be featured here. Even so, a very interesting pistol. I'm not sure you need to change the photo though - it just shows you in your environment. I'm pretty sure that in at least one of my photos there is a .410 shotgun somewhere in the background.
