Gunmakers in New England

Does anyone know of any custom flintlock longarm makers in the northern New England or Quebec area?
I'm primarily interested in someone experienced in building American longrifle styles but also plan to have a Tulle-styled smoothbore and an English sporting rifle built. Thanks.
